5K Fun Run | Rules & Regulations

• You MUST complete the REQUIRED WAIVER before participating. You must bring a signed copy with you to the Fun Run in order to participate.

• You agree to treat everyone with respect, including but not limited to your fellow runners and walkers, volunteers, Anime Magic! staff and volunteers, run organizers, local government, etc.

• You agree to conduct yourself in a polite and friendly manner. Disturbances, arguments, hate speech, etc. will not be tolerated.

• Cosplay will be permitted AT YOUR OWN RISK but you MAY NOT bring ANY weapons, replicas, or props larger than the size of a water bottle. You accept full responsibility for any damage, losses, etc. to your costume(s), props, etc. that may occur at, during, before, or after the Fun Run.

• Anime Magic! Staff holds full right to deny any costume, prop, outfit, etc. if it is deemed inappropriate, dangerous, or simply not allowed for any reason by Anime Magic! staff.

• Your outfit must be all-ages appropriate, whether you’re in cosplay, casual clothing, or running gear.

• Rough housing is NOT ALLOWED. You will be asked to leave without a refund if you are rough housing, play fighting, fighting, etc.

• You understand and agree there are no refunds for those who are required to purchase their run packets.

• You agree and understand that Anime Magic! reserves the right to remove you from the 5K Fun Run AT ANY TIME for ANY REASON deemed appropriate by staff. If you are harassing someone, causing a disturbance, your outfit is unsafe, not allowed, or inappropriate, etc you will be removed without refund. We do not want to remove you. Please simply abide by the rules and treat everyone appropriately!

• You agree and understand that this list of rules and regulations may be changed, altered, added to, etc. in ANY WAY at ANY TIME by Anime Magic! for ANY REASON including the day-of the race, before, etc.
