This year our Exhibition Hall is located in Hall G of the Donald E Stephens Convention Center on the second floor. You will load in via the loading dock and ramp directly off of North River Road.

Upon arrival, you will be required to have your ID ready to check in and obtain your badges and exhibit space. There will be an AM! Exhibit staff member who will assist you.

Load-In Date: Thursday 8/20

Load-In Time: 10am - 8pm

*After 5pm, Con Center union labor will NOT be available. You may continue to load in if you are able to load in and set up on your own.

Last-Minute Load-In: Friday 8/21 from 7am-9:30am. If you are unable to make it Thursday. However, we highly encourage you to load in on Thursday. The loading doors will be closed promptly at 9:30am on Friday and no one else may enter. No exceptions.

Load out will occur beginning at 5PM when the show closes on Sunday 8/23. Please try to load out by 8PM.

You may not load out before 5PM Sunday, the doors will remain closed until that time. If you have an emergency, need to leave early, or have any other reason why you need to load out before 5PM on Sunday, please contact Carl@animemagic.org or contact@animemagic.org. If you are on-site when this occurs, please get in touch with AM! Staff, Exhibit Hall Director Carl, or DES staff.

• Bring a dolly or cart as part of your setup to load in and out. We build our floor plan to allow driving through the hall to your booth, but with heavy traffic and a lot of cars it can be faster to unload in a vacant area and wheel your setup to your exhibit space.

• You are allowed to bring your own additional chairs or table(s), as long as they fit into your allotted purchased space. They may not protrude or extend past your purchased space.

• Arrive during the scheduled time. If you arrive before or after the scheduled time, you may not be allowed into the convention center.

• Arrive EARLY during the scheduled time frame! If you arrive late and it is busy, you may not end up with much time left to set up your exhibit space.
